Ceux-ci sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement calcul\u00e9s en pourcentage du prix d\u2019achat notari\u00e9 et comprennent, entre autres, les frais de notaire et du registre foncier, ainsi que la taxe sur les mutations immobili\u00e8res, dont le montant varie selon le Land.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><p class=\"p1\"><strong>Aper\u00e7u des frais annexes \u00e0 l\u2019achat:<\/strong><\/p><\/h4>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><p class=\"p1\"><strong>Frais de notaire:<\/strong> environ 1 % \u00e0 1,5 % du prix d\u2019achat (selon le montant de l\u2019achat).<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p class=\"p1\"><strong>Frais du registre foncier:<\/strong> environ 0,5 % du prix d\u2019achat.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p class=\"p1\"><strong>Taxe sur les mutations immobili\u00e8res:<\/strong> entre 3,5 % et 6,5 %, selon le Land.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p class=\"p1\"><strong>Commission de l\u2019agent immobilier:<\/strong> Pour les biens r\u00e9sidentiels \u00e0 usage personnel, au maximum 3,57 % TTC.
