Les analystes pr\u00e9voient une baisse de 10 \u00e0 30 % dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir, selon les quartiers et le type de bien immobilier. Dans des quartiers prestigieux comme Mitte et Charlottenburg, le prix d&#8217;un appartement de 70 \u00e0 80 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s peut atteindre 500 000 \u00e0 700 000 euros, tandis que dans des r\u00e9gions plus recul\u00e9es comme K\u00f6penick, un appartement similaire co\u00fbte entre 300 000 et 400 000 euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La difficult\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e9der au cr\u00e9dit affecte \u00e9galement le march\u00e9 locatif : des taux hypoth\u00e9caires plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s emp\u00eachent de nombreux locataires d\u2019acheter, ce qui stimule la demande et fait monter les taux de location.
